Except where a separate license grants rights, rights to original project code, documentation and artwork are reserved by their respective copyright holders. This notice does not establish ownership of third-party material or grant a new open-source license. The repository owner must choose any intended project license before distributing code under that license.

Users retain any rights they have in their submitted solution source and notes. Backing up material does not transfer ownership to CP Sync. Users are responsible for permission to upload material and for programming-platform and contest rules.

Google, Chrome, Google Calendar, GitHub and programming-platform names and marks belong to their respective owners. References identify integrations; they do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Contest titles, statements and third-party content remain subject to their owners' rights. CP Sync backs up user solution code; it does not grant rights to problem statements or editorial content.

The extension uses React and React DOM (MIT) and Lucide React (ISC). The backend and build tools also use third-party packages under their own licenses. Distributed third-party license texts are included in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt in the extension package; package licenses govern those components. Review dependency notices when updating dependencies.
